Terms & Conditions cuci1000 — Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and cuci1000 ("Company", "we", "platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the cuci1000 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games, and all other interactions with our platform.

By registering an account at cuci1000, accessing our platform, or using any of the services we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to register for or use the cuci1000 platform.

Cuci1000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided via the platform or your registered email. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions.

To register and use the cuci1000 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in or physically located within a geographic region permitted by cuci1000.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion or gambling break programme.
• Not being represented by an agent, proxy, or any third party during the registration process.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Providing accurate, true, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Cuci1000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to MyKad, passport, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary freeze or permanent termination of the account.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cuci1000 at any time. Owning, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — whether directly or through another party — is strictly prohibited. cuci1000 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device, payment information, and other data.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place through your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• Notifying cuci1000 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Cuci1000 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials. Transferring your account to another person or granting third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited.

Cuci1000 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysia payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX (Internet Banking) including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the cuci1000 platform.
• Cuci1000 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.

Cuci1000 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any transaction. Deposits made using an unauthorised payment method will be returned and the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending further investigation.

Players who meet all eligibility requirements are entitled to withdraw their available balance from their cuci1000 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal amount is RM 50,000 unless otherwise agreed for VIP members.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is within 1 hour for requests submitted during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Players must have completed at least one successful deposit before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

Cuci1000 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days for compliance review and identity verification purposes, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000. During this review period, players may be required to provide additional supporting documents.

Cuci1000 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, weekly rebates, and exclusive offers for VIP members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rollover requirements for each offer.

The general terms applicable to all cuci1000 bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is eligible to claim each bonus type up to one time only unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• The rollover requirement must be met within the specified time period before the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Cuci1000 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
• Placing bets at the minimum stake required to fulfil the rollover is mandatory — bets that do not meet the minimum qualifying stake will not be counted.
• Cuci1000 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to hedge bets using risk-reduction techniques — such as betting on both sides simultaneously to fulfil a rollover requirement — is considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

All games available on cuci1000 — including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, fishing games, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, badminton, e-sports, and other games — are subject to the individual game rules set by the respective licensed game providers.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is set by the game provider and independently audited. These values cannot be manipulated by cuci1000 or any player.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced by any party.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any affected bets will be fully refunded to the player's account balance.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Cuci1000 reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the cuci1000 platform and the central server system, the central server records shall be considered final for the purpose of resolving any dispute.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the cuci1000 platform:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the cuci1000 platform.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game vulnerabilities or bonus systems.
• Making deposits using credit cards, stolen payment methods, or any unauthorised payment means.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner towards cuci1000 customer support staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about cuci1000 on any public platform.

Cuci1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 months consecutive.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci1000 customer support team. Once an account is terminated at the player's request, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon completion of the verification process within 5–10 business days.

Accounts terminated due to a breach of terms are not eligible for any balance refund, and cuci1000 reserves the right to withhold such funds for investigation or compensation purposes where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci1000 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the cuci1000 platform.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Cuci1000 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We offer a range of self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your means.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a daily playtime limit to avoid overly long sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the cuci1000 platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate arbitration process or court.
